I'm not sure about the tire size but those wheels and chrome look killer................... Great job Sam...........................
I don't know anybody that has one of those bikes to confirm the tire size. Great progress Rick.
The 1970 rupp parts diagram shows "trails" tire 14x6 for the 70 Sprint part # 13729. That is the same part number for the 69 Roadster, but the 69 book calls them "trials". So bases on part numbers, the Coker Trials would be the correct style.

I finally got the rims and tires together. I really wanted the angled brass valve stems but could only find the plain black straight inner tubes. They look pretty good.
Just finished putting rear shocks together and mounted. Assembled the front fork. That was a little challenge. The chrome was a little too thick on the very upper end for sliding it in. I will get axle bolts cleaned up and polished and wait for parts to get done at the zinc plating shop.
The recoil shroud was originally riveted on but someone drilled out holes and bolted on a recoil. I took some carriage bolts and turned the heads down and welded them in place so now they are 1/4×20 studs sticking out.
I dont really know. I looked at pictures of different bikes and all are the same length. I found some pictures of this bike before i took it apart and put long one on chain side.
I posted This in the wanted add section too
Would anyone happen to have a good H35 head for sale with no or very few broken fins This is the head off origanal motor. It has alot of broken fins on it
Thank you Rick
