Is that engine mount original? Never seen one that has that look to it. Same with the motor, never seen that engine before; was it a prototype? Pretty cool.

Do a search for "first and last Bonanza BC" or something like that, great post on that subject and more.

it's great to see all the love for bonanzas. this one came from san jose. i like all the options. especially like the kill switch because you don't see many of them.

Just ran into this recently chatting with @Rockwall, seems Bonanza only made the one fork plate assembly in 69 ish when they changed the rake. The integral bars or short fork tubes for separate bars were welded onto the same fork plate assy. Headlight mount hole only on front and the fender mounts are lower than previous BCs too.
