Picked up this mostly original BC-1100 a few years ago. Seller and I both thought the 2.5HP was a (weird) replacement so I bought it to part out. He used it to ride around swap meets because it would fit in his car trunk.
We were both wrong, only thing ever replaced was the clutch, fuel line and a kickstand added. I never did research if it ever had a clutch cover. 1970 vintage, kind of a Scout predecessor is how I describe it.
I got an extra OG paint swingarm but I can't bring myself to lop off the rear dropouts and add upper shock mounts. Pulled it out of storage a couple weeks ago with the intention of listing it for sale but I've been putting around the neighborhood with it and admiring it in the garage enough to hesitate letting go.
Been moving my minibike fleet/obsession back up to the center of my attention lately so wanted to pop up on here and share.
