I had an in grown toenail on my big toes and had them cut out to the bone on the sides. 95% chance they would not grow back, its been 19 years and they still haven't .

Yes they did with a very long hot Q-tip like stick and yes that -hit was painful.

It was a 13.8 kv switch.
Cleanly removed a lot of hair...
