There are 2 Toyoco pictures on the "What is it?'' tab at usscootermuseum.com. Said they were made in Taiwan and sold thru K-mart.

The Importer was out of Levittown, PA. We have a few. I had never heard they where sold through K-Mart? But they may have been. They where a Taiwanese Import.
Here is a nice early one that belongs to my Father, along with a Ad. This one has a retailer sticker from Reading Pa.

what horse motor does it have ?

The one I shown is a Alligator 25 = 2.5 H25 Tecumseh. But they had a 30, 35, and 40 That I know of.
