Trailhorse 1500 year "unknown"

#1
I am restoring a trailhorse 1500 and looking for a #35 chain 24 tooth 5/8 ID 3/16 key way with directional bearing for 5/8 jackshaft. I found and ordered all the parts I needed from Old Mini Bike Warehouse with the exception of this sprocket. Does anyone know exactly what this sprocket does? It looks as though this bike had 3 chain set-ups on it - 2 off motor clutch to jackshaft and 1 from rear wheel to jackshaft.

Any ideas where to get this part?

Any ideas what year this bike is? frame tag says "general appliance manufacturing company code 2307-00637 GTO 1500"

Bike is in great shape and can't wait to finish the restoration.

Its first gear, the bike is an automatic 2 speed. someone may have some parts but I dont think anyone lists new replacement parts.

there are NOS complete units out there though still. they were made by Comet and they typically start at about 140 for the whole unit (blackwidowmotorsports.net), sometimes you can find them cheaper I recently got this NOS one off ebay for $75 for my General appliance made bike. the jackshaft is for a Gilson I think though because its 12" long but nothing a hacksaw wont fix

So you're the one that got it! Actually, I'm not sure if that's the same one I was looking at or not - I have the Rupp jackshaft leftover from my Gilson build if you want it Markus. Just shoot me a PM and it's yours.
