That look like it was for a flasher I do like the setup thou. It might have had flashers on trying to get it street legal. I have the twin shocks and rubber it the axle too. Once you get riding that you are really going to like how smooth it rides. Mine has a roll bar and a ski too. That is my son driving in a parade.
