USPS at it again...

Wow! It was super easy and quick requesting a refund using chat. All I had to do was select a button to click for my replies (multiple choice). Amazon's replies were instantaneous with correct spelling and grammar, I had to be dealing with a computer rather than a typically stupid customer service rep. My best CS experience ever.

Edit: Amazon processed my refund within one hour!

Heres a new one ordered some fuel filters from an ebay seller in Florida. Delivery was scheduled for friday april 17th. As of today still not here. Checked the tracking and the last known location is Carolina PR. I was totally unaware PR was between florida and Massachusetts. Maybe it will arrive someday.
I was waiting on a swingarm spring for that 47….it made it 1.5 hours away yo the regional hub in Charleston….sat there 4 days then went to Michigan, Penn., back to Indianapolis then back to Charleston then delivered….and I get the evil eye now everytime I go into my local post office….oh yes I complained a bit….one fucking job….

USPS received a part I bought in January. Status was “Arrived at USPS Regional Facility” for two months, with no further updates. Fortunately, I got a refund from the Ebay vendor.

Then, one day, the status suddenly changed to arrival at my local post office and “Delivered In Mailbox.” But nothing was in my mailbox. I even checked with the neighbors

Then the vendor reached out asking me to return the delivered item. When I explained I hadn’t received anything, he said, “don’t worry about it, not surprised.” Evidently this happens fairly frequently.

I assume someone at USPS just wanted to clear it from their system without dinging their performance metrics. By straight-up lying about it.
