Anyone going to VMBC Portland Indiana this weekend. Its a great swap meet mindless ride. No structure unless street legal.

Yes you can ride mini bikes, scooters, tractors, lawn mowers, bicycles just use a little common sense on the speeds.

Is there any rule on how loud your bike can be? Does it have to have a muffler?

i think having a muffler on it would be part of the common sense. showing up with something loud would just ruin it for everybody else...:shrug:
