The bike is really shaping up. Could you make a video of it once you are done so we can hear the wankel? pretty please?

Thanks, got round tank waitn for air filter. Going back n forth with tank location, either behind seat or front of seat. my goal is no clutter above engine, tryn to make it a factory clean look. I was gonna use a weed trimmer tank and mount under seat , im still keepn that idea open. I order 2 styles of air cleaners one chrome metal can style and one uni foam. I should have plenty of extra parts for next project. other future project minis I have are my z50 1979 when i was 7 very clean(thanks dad). articat kitty cat sled one owner super clean, atc 70 1978 mint original owner .Now looking for old rokon 2wd

Here are some more pics. I have very little time lately to work on bike. tank -fuel line -airfilter and with stack. I used an intake strap from auto store fit three inch tank perfect and they are chrome. as far as fuel line i use steel washers and fitted them with rubber gromets to carry fuel line. my goal this week is to find a 8 inch metal bowl to cover clutch , gonna look at kitchen bowls. them paint.

nice, going to kitchen department tommorow to pick up clutch cover, seen some online 8 1/2 round with 1/2 lip on them , perfect for 3 bolts to hold on to, and i hope will give it a factory look.

The mixing bowl ia a great idea if you find the right size. I think the round shape will match up nicely to the round motor profile and polished stainless will look sweet.

undesided on powdercoat or regular paint. also didnt know flat black can be different finishes like satin ect.
Just a suggestion but to be safe Iwould add a support for your intake tube close to the carb, if not it will bounce around and eventually break your welds. Just weld a washer to your frame and one to your intake tube then run a strap between the two and bolt it together so that it has some support.

Look at here for your flat paint......
Hot Rod Flatz
It is a base/clear paint with a flattening agent in the clear with TONs of color options to choose from. I so want to do my Cheeftah with it, that or a nice base paint with some crazy 70's lace pattern all metal flaked out.
