So I do a lot of 3D printing and scanning, and I'm trying to bring that into the vintage/hard-to-find mini bike parts space. For example, I designed this cat chain guide because you can no longer buy them.
I'm looking for someone willing to let me scan, copy, and 3D print a duplicate of theirs. Then I can make a mold and cast them from aluminum. Easy peasy! I'll send yours back along with two repop mufflers within a few days. Gotta love technology.
Here's a pic of the cat chain guide I make from carbon fiber nylon using 3D printing — just a reference of my work. Of course, more work will go into the mufflers since they'll need to be cast anyway.
