Western flyer advice please

I have a western flyer ss400 that I'm working on and can't really find anything on replacing the bent front forks. Can anyone maybe point me in right direction or give me advice. Thanks.

Your Western Flyer is the same bike as MTD Columbia OR MTD Trail Flite

You might be able to straighten those forks in a press using 2X4's of wood to soften any damage by the press.

I have straightened a lot of forks with my press, no real method but 2X4s and other blocks placed strategically as mentioned is the way to do it. If you don't have access to one then new forks are probably best, I have an SS400 variant but would not sell my forks plus mine are internal spring forks where yours are external. You'll have to straighten the lowers and the main fork body both, might be best to do them together and with the wheel off but axle in to keep things in line. Here is my setup, it varies depending on the forks but you get the idea.
