What crank type will I find on this Briggs?

A several-point inspection reveals something I haven't seen before. This newer '92 Briggs comes with a sea anemone living inside the gas tank. Seriously though, the gunk swimming around in the bottom tells me not to pull any cords or crank any shafts just yet. Those sea monkeys (see video) also appear to be the same color as the tank creature, so I'll be removing and flushing the tank/carb/air box next. Also, I can't see into the combustion chamber yet, but the intake valve and seat that's viewable through the spark plug hole looks pretty crusted over with carbon, so I'll be opening the head, too, to at least clear out any extra crumbs or burrs before trying to fire it up.
