What do these rim spacers fit?

I have no idea what these rim spacers work on.

Diameter is 5 3/4". 1" wide.
Bolt holes center to center across the piece is 4 3/8".
(3 1/8" in a circle)

Possibly Lil" Indian or Ruttman ?

I hope someone here has seen these before.

Not Lil Indian or Ruttman. Karting spacers...possible Margay or something of that nature.

The four bolt mounting sure throws me off.
All I could think of was the Lil'Indian or Ruttman.
