The Slot Cars !
Bad weakness for many years.
Had over 2000 HO at one time, sold some here/there and then about 2 years ago sold 1000. Currently down to 400+
All brands but mainly Aurora AFX, Tyco/Mattel, Life Like and later quite a bit of Johnny Lightning/Autoworld.
If you need Tyco/Mattel Track, power supplies, controllers, etc. We got em' :)
Decent amount of Tomy AFX track and accessories as well.
Had Ideal TCR as well as Tyco and Speedsteer Aurora but didn't run much of those as needed the space for big Tomy track.
Did some 1/32 as well for a while.
Good topic.

Computers... went from a hobby, turning into my job! I will sell used custom computers and am working towards getting starter money (through my other hobbies).
RC crawlers, RC cars
Dice
Old, rare, or interesting coins
Skate boards and parts
Lawn equipment (enjoy fixing and then selling)
Lots of old tech (consoles, games, CRTs, etc.)
Cassettes, DVDs, CDs (some other forms of physical media)
Pro scooters and parts
Posters and trinkets (my walls are covered)
Old die-cast toy cars
Knives
Glass Bongs, Water Pipes, Pipes Etc.
...Will collect guns once I can. Gunsmithing is cool.

...yeah I collect a lot. If you're wondering where I get the time for all this, I don't :(

Oh my goodness you all ... I have been silent up to this point , because I thought oh I only collect mini bikes - 16 mini bikes , 2 trikes , a 4 wheel dune cat ,and two motorcycles

Then as I read y'all's posts , I realized , oh, I collect that , oh , and I collect those , and those , and oh shit , I am a hoarder as my wife accuses .

So , I had better come clean . ( I've never done a confession in a church , but this feeling I'm feeling right now , is what I think that might feel like )

I have collected so much stuff , unintentionally actually, and other than my two wheel obsession, most of this stuff has been handed down , and I couldn't / wouldn't let it go.

So , aside from two wheelers a partial list would be music; cd's , and cassettes , music instruments , music equipment amplifiers , microphones , pa's , stereo equipment , speakers , many of my childhood toys , framed pictures , books omg books , furniture , fishing equipment , gym equipment , oh , did I mention tools , oh my gosh , the list continues

Enough talking here's a few pics :

Some of 'my' skateboards from growing up

The blue one (the oldest) used to be wood finished on top , but I painted it as a preteen. It needs a replacement roller skate truck and wheels for that one. The pig board was a skatepark blank , that I built out of the risers , trucks , and wheels , off of the slim inlaid Maherajah. The wheels are SIMS Pure Juice wheels , purchased with the trucks , in 1978 have a gimmick- not only were they state of the art late 70's wheel technology , but they SMELL LIKE CHERRIES !!!

Notice I did not say that they used to smell like cherries, they to this day STILL smell as much like cherries, as they did when they were new !

Here's one last thing for now , I collected new release and classic rock albums from 1974 till 1985 when cd's came out. (two peach krates full) That album collection got destroyed in an unfortunate set of circumstances - but since that time , I have been blessed with so much free music , that I know God is looking out after me. I counted 7 apple krate boxes full of cd's , 2 or 3 with cassettes , and this rack of Gratefull Dead bootleg cassettes (many of them soundboard copies) that my best friend got from an infamous 'taper' from Charlotte NC , back in the 90's , and shared with me.

To be continued I'm sure. Lol

Bless y'all.

If you have a tiger joe tank or crusader 101 with a burnt out drive motor I have stock replacements AND non stock replacements.

I took a stock tiger joe tank drive gear system removed the stock tkk motor and cut the motor mount to fit a modern small brushless motor with an esc.. It was a completely wireless tiger joe ran off a fly sky but the tanks drive system doesn’t have a turning ability.

Funny story I upgraded the barrel spring stuck a marble in it and the second i hit that fire lever the marble went straight into the wall o_O

Swingline staplers, but only the little short ones. Guess you could call them mini. Different eras, designs and condition. I have not looked to see if anyone else does this.

Coleman lanterns sound cool.

I don't know if I'd say I collect these but I used to have 17, now I'm down to 5.

The 5th one is a 1981 Bally Fathom I am restoring with a brand-new playfield.

My real collection fixation is modern (1990s to present) instrumental surf rock CDs & LPs. Currently have over 4,000 and growing.

Here's one I just got this week. It's the 2025 S/T release from the Polish surf band I. Jeziak & The Surfers on splattered vinyl.

It's a pretty-good album. Reverb-drenched (just the way I like them). Check it out in the YouTube link below.

It's my all-time favorite too. They made three different versions:
  • 1981 Original Version (as shown in my pic)
  • 1982 Limited Edition (has the oddball cabinet)
  • 1983 Classic Edition (has the Midway cabinet)
I have restored several of all three versions but the 1981 is by far the most-popular and my favorite too.

Here are two I restored and sold a few years ago...

Here's my "keeper". It was an HUO machine (Home Use Only) and was never routed commercially. I bought it a few years from a guy who bought it brand-new in 1981 and kept it in his basement under a tarp for about 30 years. The nicest "survivor" I've ever seen. All I really had to do to it was freshen it up with new rubbers and a couple lamp sockets. Everything else is all-original. I like to display framed flyers for each machine on the walls. I usually buy two of them so I can display both sides.
