Who can tell me what the frame in the bottom photo is im really diggin the rear end, I believe the top photo is a speedway.

Yes, top is a Speedway. Bottom bike is cool. Kinda looks like a home-made modification to an existing bike though. It's definitely interesting

It almost looks like the support on the rear was made out of a set of the same front forks that are on the bike.
