What is it? Local Craigslist

I am gonna totally agree with you on this for two reason Tom.
One....I don't know squat really about either:doah:
Two....I already have Astros and don't wanna track down the other rims to make mine a Cheyenne officially. So mine is now a Mark IV Rogue

Cheyennes and Rogues all produced in essentially the same area, identical frames, but slight differences in the earles front ends on the lower rocker portion. Cheezy, that blue paint hidden on the bottom of yours says it's a Cheyenne. I'd make it a Rogue too. The front-only suspended bikes from Rogue had fenders, and the Cheyenne did not.

There is no proof that Rogue ever went through with the full suspension bike. (If there is, please post it)

Rogue with wrong rear brake.

Cheyenne with wrong wheels and shocks and wrong pegs. Note earles rocker design difference.
