I don't think so. Some had a suspension fork, some didn't. Seems odd to have rear suspension and not front, but they were made that way. The fork looks original. There are reproduction decals available that fit in the raised ring. I'm trying to figure out what looks like gouges in the fork plate, looks like a chimp took a grinder to it. Overall, the bike looks pretty good.
