What is it ?

Hi, I have owned this bike for a few years and still don't know what model it is, the wheelbase is 34 inches and the frame is approx. 41 inches high.
I added the rear drum brake but it doesn't work well, the bike originally had a scrub brake.
The engine is a 3hp Briggs and Stratton.
I believe the forks and wheels originally came on the bike but I am not sure.
If you know who made this bike and approx. what year the bike was made I appreciate your help.

closest thing you find to those in the States is from a company called Roma, they had a line of bikes under the Nova name they sold, those are usually setup a little differently. you can see closer examples if you are google searching though.

Different wheels and no spring in the fork neck and it looks like a manco streaker to me.

Thanks Guys, I did some looking and I believe it is a Manco Streaker, probably sold by Sears Canada in the 1980's.

Manco Streaker, Nice mini. I bought one new from a hardware store selling out. I’d ad a clutch brake and leave the scrub brake for a bit more assurance

It is actually a Roma Nova model Poncho missing the front spring that goes between lower goose neck and the front fork.
