What is spark per revolution for predator 212?

I have a predator 212 with a modified jet, autolite spark plug AR3910X, and air filter I am wondering what is the correct firing pattern? I have the tachometer at 1p2r equivalent to 4 stroke 1 cylinder. The RPM is at 4500 on idle. I am wondering if it is correct as I feel it is dangerous if it is this high. Does it take time for the new engine to settle? I think my tachometer I just didnt set it right.

I belive its a wasted spark ignition that sparks every 360 degrees of crankshaft rotation. I may be wrong. Someone will correct me if i am lmao

ok lol then what is the right setting for it in the tachometer. Also I am more concerned about safety.

1p1r would be correct setting as it sparks each revolution.
You'll read half of what it displays now.

1p2r is the correct setting, but if it's not reading right it says to try 1p1r in the link you posted. I have that same tach and am pretty sure I have mine set to 1p2r.
