What is the difference?

I have this flawless tecumseh engine that came of a snowblower. It is a flathead , i believe it is a 5hp hs50 motor. But i was wondering what is the difference between a hs50 and a h50?:shrug:

Hs stands for horizontal small frame, so maybe the hs50 is smaller than a h50?

You are correct the HS are the small block Tecumseh and the H are the big block Tecumseh.

Thank you everybody for the info, i'm sorry if i sounded stupid but I do not have much knowledge about these tecumsehs yet. I know more about briggs but i'm starting to like these tecumsehs.
