What is the make and model of this?

I know that this is not a minibike and im sorry about that but I was going to get this but the seller did not say what the manufacturer, model or year this dirt bike is. Does anybody know?

It looks very much like one of the latter years, 2 stroke Italian Harley's . Circa 1976. The 175cc even had the turned up frame extension on the rear.
