What is this trike?

For sale locally, for $200, Anybody know what it is. Any thoughts on it. Any info appreciated. Would you buy it? And just a fyi. minis are a little higher priced in Fl. just not as many as midwest,,,,

I am not Trike expert, but it looks like an Owosso to me. Possibly the one they built for Montgomery Wards.

It s Bird made mini scat tracker, they made a red white and blue seated version, think JC penney may have sold it.
