Just bought this. Any idea manufacture and year? Want to restore it. I own a Powdercoating shop in Norwood, Minnesota. Wanna ride the mini down the main drag!!

Until recently they were referred to as a Minnesota mystery bike.
Wheelee, made right there in Minnesota.

Well I scored!!!! The build now begins. I own Tinroof Powder Coating in Norwood. I thank all of you for identifying this. would like more info if anyone has any.......
