Does anyone know what this minibike with 16" wheels is?

It is a junked out Herters frame with the wrong wheels , tank and handlebars plus someone has cut out the jackshaft assembly :thumbsup:

Just not much left it has been picked clean

OK, thanks. This is my first project. If someone was going to put a motor in it, just to have fun with, what would you try to find? Looking to get by cheaply, not to spend a lot of $$$.

Hey RK I have had a freak bike in the shed for too many years I hate to show it someone might steal it for it's cool factor imp::laugh::laugh: Oh Dang it's grey seat is showing need a little more black vinyl paint for the seat
