What kind is this?

I found this old go kart, but am uncertain what kind it is. It looks like it has Rupp rims, but I don't think is a Rupp. Any help is appreciated.

It's a Rupp D-301. That is a Rupp wheel. Those were made by Rupp around 1970-1974, RobRon then made them after he bought the Rupp fixtures.

Certainly a wealth of information. Louie, I had to look several times at the picture of the person standing in the background. I thought he had his left leg amputated. I working with my grade school buddy that just had his right leg amputated and I thought I could can some advice to past on to him but then I figure out he was holding something in front of his leg.
