what kind of wheel is this?

Can some one tell me what kind of wheel this is? Its a 5" on a Ruttman washer frame.

That is a Ruttman Wild Goose with 5" inch mag from 67 to 71. They first used them on the Chrome washer frame in 67' Taco's used them also. That is what it looks like without a full pic that at least it is a 68' with the full foot bar.

Deesel it is a 67' washer frame nice bike. There should be a vin stamped on the engine plate on the left rear below the chain area. look for the vin# Would be considered a GT150 or @ GT250

One more question. What would the original engine have been? Tecumseh flathead probly??
