What Rupp is this one??

I picked this up the other day and was wondering if it is the TT550 or what ever?? It has brakes on front and back and I have not removed the seat yet to look for serial numbers. It has the turbine wheels also. The guy said he may have the rest of the parts in his dads garage which is jammed with stuff. Thanks in advance

It is a 1969 roadster/goat-ram/scrambler the serial number was stamped onthe upper head tube support on the top of the bike. If you go by the wheel config it would be a scrambler (front brake and 60t rear sprocket)
