What spark plug should I get?

I have a fox banshee with a flathead Briggs and Stratton 3 hp motor. Looks like it might need a new spark plug. What should the gap be. Also, the metal wring that goes around spark plug likes to loosen up and loose contact. Man on this bike this 3 hp motor is pretty slow. I weigh 220 lbs, that probably why. Maybe in the future I will change to 5 or 7 hp griggs.

I think you’d be looking for a Champion J8C or equivalent (CJ8 if you need a shorty for clearance). In the meantime you should be able to carefully crimp down on you connector with some pliers and tighten things up.
