Are you stumped too? Front half/section looks "factory made", reminds me of a Fuji Go Devil, that's not it though.

I would cut the trike part off and try to get it going lol

The front half is some sort of scooter, and since we don't really specialize in those, the best I can do is guess. It brings me to mind of the 50s
Cushmans, but the handlebars are far too simple for that.

Still don’t know what it is but liking it more as a 2 wheeler. Not an Argyle but some sorta scooter. Still got one crudely welded bracket to cut off.

Otis died around 5 years ago. The dog house is used to store gardening stuff. He liked to sniff the latest mini bikes.

I had a Cat that used to run down the ally after me a ways,, when I used to leave on my Shovel.
Got him to jump up on the back pad & sit a few times,, but never could get him to stay for a ride, once I got movin.
