Yep, there is a spacer in them.
What I do is get a long bolt.
Slide it in one side of the bearings.
Slide it down until you find a lip.
You will feel it.
Then keep that bolt, punch, whatever, you use and tap, tap tap on that edge.
The bearing should start to come out, hopefully.:laugh:
