wont start =(

i got a 6.5 HF clone
22mm mikuni, pipe. ran great.
then i knocked out the guv, installed a .010 arc rod, 26lb valve springs, and a 240 cam ( im a big guy its the high torq one on the NR site ) buttoned it all back up and it wont run.

it back fires and has compression but wont kick, there is spark. i had the dots on the crank and cam lined up.

im just wondering did i miss something? or am i screwed?

oh and i got a ARC flywheel too befor i did the internals

check to make sure your key didn't shear and also your valve lash.

this. one good backfire can shear the key.

i had a 4deg key i hope its not that. lash might be it... i hope. if the lash is to tight the valves will be open alittle but i wouldent have compression right? the plug was wet when i checked it after a few pulls.

and if the lash is at .003 ex, and .002 int are the rockers supposed to be alittle lose? they seem a bit floppy.

ill recheck the key and lash. thanx ill let you know if it worked
