WTB Vintage Kart - Running, Roller, or Frame

#1
I have been looking for a vintage kart locally to restore with no luck.
Looking for a Rupp/Dart, Bug, or anything else you might have.
The more original the better.

Have two Trapper minibikes that I could use for trading material.
Or, I have cash.

Thanks,

cd

My uncle has a Bug Scorpion(not for sale) that has a pair of Mac 101's on it. Very cool vintage kart
Haha! That's like showing me a pic of Kate Beckinsale on my wedding day.

Bug Scorpions are in my top three favorites behind the
Xterminator's. They have a killer look especially 3/4 view.

If I could just remember on what street I did a HVAC service call on the customer had a Dart A-Bone in his messy garage. I never did the work so I have no invoice to look up.
Might have to do some cruising around.

Hi Frank : I was a Rupp Dealer back in 1974 but the best selling Karts in the Los Angeles area was the Bug line and the IKS ( Inglewood Kart Supply ) And the Hartman karts. There were a lot of shops scattered around the area and the Rupp never had a lot of draw on the west coast. Dee Engineering ( Bug-Pack ) was the distributor and never showed much interest in Karting.

Maybe it's just me, but I have allways had an attraction to the dart-kart line, they allways catch my eye....just plain and to the point marvels....puts me in the "way back machine".
