Does anyone know if something has happened to the Rupp parts store I ordered parts back on Dec 12 and haven't received them yet.
I have called and left messages and emailed and left messages with no reply.

Did you talk to someone when you placed the order? I have NEVER talked to anyone from there and I have left probably 20+ messages. They apparently don't like my $$$. Good luck!
several complaints have been posted on OldMiniBikes with them for the same issues... weeks and months with no parts, no response to repeated calls and emails... Good Luck...
Luckily I paid with PayPal for my order. Never responded. I filed a claim and he didn't reply to PayPal. I got my money back and placed all my future orders with OldMiniBikes.
I cant belive this guy can stay in busness this way its sad because he does sell a lot of good items. I would never run busness like that.
Why doesn't he answer our measages ?
Obviously it is just a side business for him and he doesn't care about customer service. I have ordered $$$$ of products from Jim at Black widow and OldMiniBikes have been great to order from as well. Definitely my top rated sellers!
If I was you, you better file your claim before its too late. Maybe its already too lateut: Blackwidowmotorsports is great and of course OldMiniBikes is #1. You would have your parts in a week or less.:thumbsup:
