he said he had it running like it is now but the carb is off the blower as he was trying to find another carb but without any ID numbers on the carb he couldn't find one and he didn't get it put back together before he suddenly passed away last year... :(

yes it has the primer bulb but it is remote,on the engine but not on the carb itself...
