Rupp mini bike, not sure what model/year
The blue color shows that it is actually a 1971-2 Roadster 2. They had the 12 inch wheels.- Deters

Think I got a good deal today..
Those are actually the correct shocks and it is most likey a 1970 Enduro like you said or possibly the 1970 scrambler- Deters
