It's a bit bouncy, but not bad. It has been disappointingly bad in the snow, or at least in soft snow, but pretty good on packed snow or dirt. There's no riding without both hands on the wheel as the front wheel darts around a bit with low pressure.

After being inspired by a few posts I saw here, I started my own minibike project. I converted a mid 80s Suzuki 3 wheeler to a minibike. I have a blog with the details here, if you are interested in the process. I only have a few trips around the field under my belt, but so far, so good.
