I'd like to see some pix...

First thing I'd do is resist the temptation to "prime" the cylinder. Raw fuel in there is not going to help. Wear gloves. Hold the spark plug' treads against a good engine ground ( clean piece of metal). Have someone pull the starter and see if you have consistent good spark. If that's ok then...

Nice fat tire find. We run around down there on motorcycles. If you like old bikes, check out wheels through time museum in Maggie valley.

Is there a place to mount a nice (round?) tank up on the frame somewhere?
