Hi the jackshaft (small) sprocket is 5/8" X 10 tooth, # 41 & 40 chain are interchangeable, but the 41 is a light duty chain and on a VT7 you will want a #40 chain. These part are available from Ron Kimball at Power Tech 1-800-535-9529. GB in MN :scooter:
