I scored this at the dump today--free Any info on year of manufacture Looks to be new and unran until I put oil and gas in it Air cleaner filter is unused.... White paint on muffler started to turn light brown so I shut off with tab by sparkplug with my foot

I was at the dump today and picked what looks to be a new techumseh h25 H25-251076 serial #9302 02019 has no recoil starter...it has the kind you wrap a rope around filled with oil and gas couple pulls it started the white paint on the muffler start to turn light brown so I pressed on...
