Very similar to the Mickey but has rebound springs on the top of the forks?

If not a Mickey Bike, then perhaps an Aggie 98 ?

Definitely not an Aggie 98, they had suspension on the rear and an ass like a Fox Campus. Possibly a Aggie 97.


I don't see any holes on the top tubes from a badge, is there anything (remnants of a decal) under the paint on the front of the fork plate?

Yes, well It may be the other way around....I think KOL started making bikes after the acquisition of the the Mickey bike line. The 98 was first and were very different in design than the 1969 models and used the JDE/Mickey wheels even. I would not doubt the the 97 version ended/took over the mickey bikes.
