    i had no idea about the other spring i have pushed my bike up and down my driveway testing the brakes and it is not effecting it at all...ii am just gonnago with the one return spring

    The computer mismeasured the size is here... The metal must be 3/4"x1/8"...Fender Holes are 2 1/4" apart...Mount holes are 2" apart
