Thanks Markus for the identifying the frame. It's interesting that the description in the picture claims "spring suspension" but I don't see any suspension in the pic on either the red or blue bike.

I may pick this up here locally tomorrow. Does anyone recognize this frame? What would the blue plate on top of the frame be for? Thanks.
