1950s carb help needed

I am not sure what this motor is exactly, due to lack of id tags. The carb is even a greater mystery, since all it says is that it made by Zenith and made in the USA. The screw on the right side of the carb seems to be idle mixture screw, but the t handle screw at the back of the carb, not sure what's its purpose; it seems to only run when the t handle screw is backed way off and maybe an adjustable jet? Any help on the adjustment and/or replacement parts for the carb would be greatly appreciated.

the engine I think is a Wisconsin like an ACN model.
