Back in about 1968-9, I put one of those engines on a bicycle frame with a wheel barrow tire on the back. Here is a pic of it with my little sister on it.
That bike was fun to ride. I used a lawn mower carb and a coil from a car. The brake lever was positioned vertically on the right side.
Back in the day, brakes didn't seem as important as they do now... Plus that bike brake didn't stop it very good :-(

I have had this one for a while. They run great and most parts are still available. They look cool because they’re so tiny for a road bike.
