Very nice Rupp, most everything new. Restored about 7 years ago, 39mph. Haven't used it in a few years and kids show no interest so it needs a new home. Lights work, brake light works. Hard starting maybe carb or timing, $1,150 OBO. Located in Naperville IL, no shipping. Thanks!
