This engine appears to be an actual original Go-Kart,Mini Bike,or Trike etc Recreational engine. Any input on that ?

It's actually on a what appears to be an all original unrestored Snowco Nomad trike that I picked up a few days ago. I have not checked any further into it yet but I'm pretty sure the engine may also have the lighted set up on it. The top of the front end/fork plate is drilled for a light mount but looks like it never had one on it. I will have to look for the extra electrical plug or remove the blower housing to check out the flywheel etc.
