2 random frames and 2 forks

Here are the other two frames I picked up in a large lot and ideas on makes? I know they are a little rough .Are either forks right for either frames? The one fork with the wheel is so tiny. Thanks in advance!

first pic is an arco i believe, and goes with the rusty forks with the number plate. the last pic looks like 2 frames put together and would most likely use the red homemade forks that are photoed. looks like a cross between a frijole series 1 and maybe another arco?

ya i think the frame with shocks is a arco as well dont know the other one strange design
