2 Stroke id

Hi i have an old 2 stroke Tecumseh Kirby mini bike engine. It has no id plate or stamping that i can find. I have measured the bore at 2.5in and the stroke 1.8in. Looking at the flywheel the carb is on the left and exhaust on the right. The carby is a Bing.
Any help would be great.

I also need a recoil starter, are they all the same my bolt pcd is 4in across,
