Almost finished my Screamer!

#1
Well here is a quick picture. More to follow once I get it outside in the sunshine. Sand blasted the chassis, new paint(metal flake black), rechromed tank/handlebars/clamps/forks/springs/kick stand, new fenders, and a gasket/seal kit for the engine. Still need to get the correct rear shocks and some brake handles/grips/throttle. Its been a really fun build and I am looking forward to finishing this one and moving on to the RamRod/Prowler/Whisker builds. Thanks for all the help and motivation, this is a great site! :scooter:

Hey thanks guys! I just love these bikes, especially the Screamer. They were built just down the road from me in Theif River Falls MN. I bought this Screamer at Arctic Cats 50th B-day party. It was in the swap meet. I had 3 guys try to buy it off me on my way out of there. There are a few guys up here that collect them. I still need a Scat and a Climber to finish off my collection. I would like to have 1 of each model but I dont need all of the different Scats, or both the big wheel/little wheel Prowler. I dont want to be greedy:smile: I have gotten lots of parts from eBay/Craigslist. Jeff from Mini bike Specialties has a lot of parts as well. I have heard of a guy from New York with parts but I have not been able to track him down.
